A pre-order is pickup with a specified time. The guest places an order in advance and in the "When will you arrive?" field writes, for example, "20 minutes". Your order will show the time and you will have time to prepare the dishes for the guest's arrival.

For you it means a shorter queue at the counter, and for the guest — faster receiving of the order.
