Reports: how to read the numbers

Revenue, average check, conversion, top 10 dishes, load by hour.

The "Reports" section shows how your business performs over the selected period.

Key metrics

• Revenue — the sum of orders excluding cancelled ones.
• Orders and Cancellations.
• Average check — revenue per order.
• Views — how many times your menu was opened (QR or link).
• Conversion — the share of views that became an order.

Charts and tables

• Revenue by day and by day of week.
• When people order most often — load by hour: plan your shifts.
• Top 10 dishes by number of portions sold.
• Order types and statuses.

The report can be exported to a CSV file (opens in Excel) for accounting.
